Every morning the cove is perfectly still, so clear you can see your shadow on the sand three metres below. Then, around eleven, the wind comes in from the sea and everything changes.
The early swim
We leave towels and a flask of coffee on the steps from six. The ladder at the end of the rocks is the best place to start.
Afterwards
Breakfast is served until eleven, which, as we like to say, is not a coincidence.
